We ship every single order directly from our local shop in Lake City, South Carolina. We take the time to personally inspect and hand-pack your gear before it hits the road to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

1. Total Delivery Time To give you a realistic expectation, please use this simple formula: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Shipping Transit Time.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (US Domestic): Our most popular option, typically delivered via UPS or USPS Ground.

    • Transit Time: 3-7 business days.

    • Cost: $6.90 (Free for all orders over $55).

  • Expedited Shipping: For when you need your gear on a tighter schedule.

    • Transit Time: 2-3 business days.

    • Cost: $14.50.

  • Local Express (Lake City Area Only): If you live in or around Lake City, SC, we’ll get your gear to you fast. Once your order is processed, we deliver it the same day it's ready.

    • Total Time: 1-2 business days (Processing) + Same-day delivery.

    • Cost: $9.95.

3. Tracking Your Gear As soon as your shipping label is printed, we will send you an automated email with your tracking link. If you’ve chosen our Lake City Local Express, we’ll send you a personal update via email when your bag is officially on its way to your porch.

4. Shipping Adjustments Need to change an address or shipping speed?

  • We handle all shipping adjustments exclusively via email to ensure we have a clear, timestamped record of your request.

  • Please note: Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to change the destination.

Return & Refund Policy

The 30-Day Window :You have 30 days after receiving your bag to ask for a return. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange. To get a refund, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return: Please email us at contact@dailycarryshop.com. We handle all returns exclusively through email to keep everything documented. Just send us your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you instructions on where to ship your package. Do not send items back without emailing us first.

Damages and Issues: Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the bag is defective, damaged, or you got the wrong item, email us immediately. We need a photo of the damage to fix the problem and send a replacement right away.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new one. Email us first so we can walk you through it.

Refund Process: Once we get your return and check it, we’ll email you to confirm if the refund is approved. If it is, your money goes back to your original payment method automatically. Keep in mind, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Return Shipping: If we messed up (damaged or wrong item), we cover the shipping.

  • If you just changed your mind or picked the wrong size, you will need to pay for the return shipping cost.
