Q: How do I clean my Daily Carry bag? A: Most of our canvas totes can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For the insulated cooler bags, we recommend wiping the interior lining after each use to keep it fresh. If your bag has a vinyl bottom, simply wipe it down with a wet sponge it’s built to be low-maintenance.
Q: Are your bags really waterproof? A: Our heavy-duty nylon and vinyl-bottom bags are water-resistant and designed to handle splashes or a sudden rain shower. While they aren't meant for diving under the ocean, they’ll definitely keep your gear dry on a damp sidewalk or at the pool.
Q: Can I freeze the entire cooler bag? A: Yes! That’s the best way to use it. Our freezable models are designed to collapse flat so you can slide them into your freezer overnight. By morning, the walls of the bag act like built-in ice packs.
Q: How much weight can the canvas totes handle? A: We build them tough. Most of our large totes are reinforced to carry up to 15lbs (approx. 7kg). We use heavy-duty stitching on the handles to make sure they don’t snap when you’re carrying groceries or gym gear.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: We process most orders within 1-2 business days from our location in Lake City. Depending on where you live in the US, you can usually expect your bag to arrive within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our doors.
Q: What if I don’t like the bag once it arrives? A: We want you to love your gear. If it’s not what you expected, you can return your unused bag within 30 days for a refund. Just reach out to us at contact@dailycarryshop.com and we’ll help you get the process started.
Q: Does the magnetic lock really stay shut? A: It does. We chose high-strength magnets so the bag stays closed during your commute, but is still easy enough to open with one hand when you're in a rush.
